Production Team Leader (Nights)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing food‑production business that supplies major UK retailers. As a Production Team Leader on the night shift you will drive the team to meet daily output targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the night production team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain product quality, packaging standards and temperature controls.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Operate forklift trucks when required (training provided).
• Track performance against daily targets and report any issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Production Team Leader or similar role in food manufacturing.
• Willingness to work permanent night hours (10:00 pm – 6:30 am, 36 hrs/week).
• Commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
• Motivation to develop into higher supervisory positions.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (training will be provided).
