Project Manager – Marine Civils & Port Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a civil engineering package at a live port facility in Folkestone. The role covers demolition, concrete works, bridge removal, new foundations and temporary works, delivering the programme on a fast‑track schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules, 3‑week look‑aheads and drive risk mitigation.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, port operators and third‑party stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, site performance and commercial control.
• Oversee design management, quality assurance, site teams and ensure strict CDM 2015 and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing civil engineering schemes in ports, infrastructure or utilities.
• Strong background in CDM 2015, subcontractor management and commercial delivery.
• Civil Engineering degree, HNC/HND or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid CSCS card and First Aid certification; temporary works and lifting qualifications are desirable.
