Property Finance Broker – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Finance Broker to join our growing team on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will work independently, leveraging an existing client base and industry contacts to deliver short‑term property finance solutions across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and place bridging loans, refurbishment finance and development funding.
• Manage a personal pipeline of clients and introduce new opportunities.
• Liaise with a broad panel of specialist lenders to secure deal completion.
• Provide end‑to‑end case management and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in bridging or specialist property finance.
• Proven portfolio of active clients, introducers or developers.
• Existing relationships with lenders in the bridging/development space.
• Strong understanding of property finance products and market dynamics.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
