Required profile

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales.

• Strong telephone and face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Presentable, articulate, and professional manner.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• Local knowledge of Ashford and surrounding areas (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
