Property Litigation Solicitor – 6+ PQE – Cambridge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading national Top 50 law firm in Cambridge. You will work alongside senior partners on a varied portfolio of real‑estate disputes, developing your expertise across commercial, residential and agricultural property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of property disputes, including commercial leasehold and freehold matters.
• Handle forfeiture and possession proceedings, lease renewals and rent‑review disputes.
• Advise on restrictive covenants, rights of way, easements, option disputes and adverse possession.
• Take ownership of cases while collaborating with partners on high‑value, complex matters.
• Supervise and support junior lawyers where appropriate, developing leadership skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
• Solid experience handling court or tribunal work within a strong city or national practice.
• Commercially minded, driven and eager to progress within a respected team.
