Property Loss Adjuster – Commercial Claims

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Loss Adjuster to join a leading global insurance firm. Based in London with the flexibility to work remotely, you will handle a diverse portfolio of commercial property claims, from small SME losses to complex large‑scale incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial property claims up to £150k from initial notification through to settlement.
• Maintain your own diary and caseload, exercising a high degree of autonomy.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with brokers, insurers and policyholders.
• Produce clear, accurate reports while upholding technical standards.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on larger or more complex losses when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Property Loss Adjuster.
• Demonstrated experience handling commercial property claims.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, organised approach with the capacity to manage your own workload.
• Holding or working towards a CILA or Dip CILA certification is advantageous.
