Property Manager – Residential Lettings & Property Management

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing clear and professional communication.
• Coordinating maintenance issues and working closely with contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently.
• Monitoring property compliance, tenancy documentation and key deadlines.
• Supporting rent, payment, deposit and tenancy‑related processes while maintaining accurate records.
• Using technology and operational systems to manage enquiries, workflows and day‑to‑day property management tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience within residential property management.
• Strong understanding of the residential tenancy and property management lifecycle.
• Experience dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and third‑party suppliers.
• Good knowledge of property compliance and relevant residential lettings legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and ownership of issues.
• Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new systems and automated processes.
