Property Manager – South East London

About the role

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a successful, award‑winning independent agency in South East London? Our client offers a strong company culture, genuine career progression and regular training and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
• Review third‑party property visits and provide recommendations.
• Manage all compliance certification following move‑in.
• Oversee end‑of‑tenancy processes, including serving legal notices, attending court hearings, handling evictions and negotiating the return of deposits.
• Resolve general enquiries and provide high levels of customer service.
• Liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience is essential.
• High level of customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.

• Basic salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per year plus regular incentives.
