About the role
As a Property Sales Coordinator you will advance a property transaction from offer agreed through to successful completion and move‑in, acting as the central point of contact for solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors and other parties involved.
Key responsibilities
- Progress property sales from offer to completion.
- Coordinate communication with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Required profile
- Accurate, dependable and thorough.
- Previous experience within an estate agency (essential).
- Experience as a Property Sales Coordinator (preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
