Property Services Analyst – Commercial Real Estate Finance

About the role

The Property Services Analyst will oversee the financial management of property operational expenditure for landlord‑owned commercial assets. Working within a leading international bank, you will ensure accurate service‑charge budgeting, invoicing and reporting while supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service‑charge budgets, reconciliations and cost control for commercial properties.
• Analyse expenditure, prepare financial reports and support budget planning.
• Review and approve operational invoices and liaise with managing agents and external service providers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with RICS best‑practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Property Services, contractors and consultants to drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial property finance, service‑charge analysis or real‑estate financial management.
• Strong understanding of landlord‑side service‑charge budgeting and reconciliations.
• Experience working with managing agents and external property service providers.
• Advanced analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and, when required, extra hours.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – financial modelling, reconciliations and data analysis.
