Psychology Graduate – Primary School Support Role

About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for recent Psychology graduates who are passionate about improving the lives and education of children aged 5‑11. The position is based in a supportive and inclusive primary school in South Liverpool and starts in September 2026. It is a full‑time contractor role working directly with pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Work with pupils on a 1‑2‑1 or small‑group basis, delivering tailored support.
- Support SEND children in or out of school environments, helping them achieve their potential.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school community, collaborating with staff and families.
Required profile
- Demonstrate a good understanding of primary education.
- Preferably have past experience supporting SEND children.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for impacting the lives of young people.
