Recruiter – EMEA Talent Acquisition (London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 9‑month contract, based fully onsite in central London. The role will focus on sourcing, attracting and hiring talent across the EMEA region, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full‑cycle recruitment process for roles across EMEA.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic hiring insights.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Leverage data‑driven approaches to optimise recruitment processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within the EMEA region.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Capacity to handle several searches at once without compromising candidate experience.
• Data‑oriented mindset for continuous improvement of recruitment metrics.
