About the role
As a core HR partner for JD's international expansion, you will help shape the people strategy that fuels global growth. The role includes a 6–12‑month rotation at the Beijing headquarters to gain deep business insight and build cross‑cultural HR expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a 6–12‑month Beijing Headquarters rotation, contributing to talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics projects.
- Translate international market strategies into actionable people strategies, providing insights on organizational design and cultural integration.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical supply‑chain and logistics roles and design talent development programs such as the Global Young Talent Program.
- Diagnose and optimise organisational structures and processes to improve collaboration and performance across regions.
- Champion JD’s corporate culture, manage employee relations and enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
