Recruitment Coordinator – Early Careers Programme

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support our fast‑paced early‑careers and intern programmes. You will work closely with Programme Managers and global stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, engagement and operational delivery for interns across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities for intern programmes.
• Organise workshops, office hours and engagement events.
• Manage shared inboxes and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Support reporting, tracking and business‑review documentation.
• Monitor programme metrics and operational deliverables.
• Collaborate with Programme Managers and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coordination, recruiting, HR, administration or programme support.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones, including occasional early starts.

What we offer

• £18.87 per hour plus holiday pay.
