About the role
MiHealth, part of the employee‑owned Microtech Group, is seeking a results‑driven Regional Business Development Manager to expand its healthcare technology footprint across the North of England and the North Midlands. The role is remote‑based in the UK with regular travel to customer sites, events and the Kilmarnock office.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and outreach.
- Engage key stakeholders and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
- Develop and grow existing accounts by understanding customer goals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to senior decision‑makers.
- Monitor market trends and collaborate with internal teams to shape responses to customer needs.
Required profile
- Proven business development and account management experience, preferably in healthcare technology.
- Good understanding of healthcare workflows and digital health solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Based in Northern England or the North Midlands with a clean UK driving licence.
