About the role
Snowflake is expanding its Enterprise Acquisition team in London. The Regional Director will lead a high‑performing sales organization, leveraging AI‑native thinking to drive growth of Snowflake’s data platform. The role combines strategic planning, team coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and build successful sales professionals into high‑performing revenue drivers for Snowflake.
- Build cross‑functional relationships with internal and external support teams and technical partners.
- Influence go‑to‑market strategy for venture‑backed and high‑growth startups.
- Develop a team culture around Snowflake core values.
- Sell an industry‑changing, market‑defining product.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of Snowflake’s product to guide complex technical evaluations.
- Proven ability to enable, coach, develop and motivate a robust enterprise sales team.
- 2+ years guiding Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations.
- Consistently meet or exceed forecasted targets and coach reps on creating urgency and deal control.
