Regional Head of Sales – North & East Europe

About the role
We are seeking a senior retail leader to steer COS’s flagship and key market stores across North and East Europe. Reporting to the European Leadership Team, you will shape strategy, drive commercial performance and champion a premium in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic direction for the European retail business, balancing short‑term results with long‑term sustainable growth.
- Maintain a data‑driven view of performance, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, optimise stock and enhance profitability.
- Partner on store portfolio evolution, including new openings, relocations and refurbishments, ensuring relevance and consistency across markets.
- Champion a service‑led culture, elevating the in‑store experience and setting COS as a benchmark for premium retail.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, consistency and adaptability within local frameworks.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and HR to deliver aligned, end‑to‑end plans.
- Shape the structure and capabilities of the European retail organisation, building talent pipelines and developing senior retail leaders.
- Contribute as a core member of the European Leadership Team, ensuring retail insights inform broader business decisions.
Required profile
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in retail, preferably within fashion or premium apparel.
- Strong commercial judgement and strategic clarity, with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams across multiple markets.
- Alignment with COS values: open‑minded, curious, innovative, continuously improving and taking ownership.
