Registered Manager – Adult Social Care

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well‑established adult social care service in Birmingham. The role involves overseeing mental health, learning disabilities and autism support, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards.
• Lead audits, quality‑assurance initiatives and continuous improvement plans.
• Manage safe, effective, person‑centred care delivery across services.
• Motivate, develop and supervise multidisciplinary staff teams.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and performance management.
• Foster an inclusive, values‑driven culture.
• Control budgets, monitor financial sustainability and manage service occupancy.

Required profile

• Proven Registered Manager experience within adult social care.
• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive high performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
