About the role
We are seeking a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join an exceptional care home in the Brackley, Northampton area. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to residents in a purpose‑built environment that supports nursing, residential, dementia and respite services.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately assess residents' needs and prioritise care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
- Maintain and update care plans in collaboration with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Report any changes in residents' health and arrange GP or professional visits when required.
Required profile
- Qualified RGN or RMN with a current, active NMC PIN.
- At least 1 year of NMC registration.
- Proven experience working in a care setting.
- Strong team player with well‑developed time‑management and leadership abilities.
