Registered Mental Health Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join an exceptional care home in the Brackley, Northampton area. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to residents in a purpose‑built environment that supports nursing, residential, dementia and respite services.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and prioritise care plans.
• Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Maintain and update care plans in collaboration with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Report any changes in residents' health and arrange GP or professional visits when required.

Required profile

• Qualified RGN or RMN with a current, active NMC PIN.
• At least 1 year of NMC registration.
• Proven experience working in a care setting.
• Strong team player with well‑developed time‑management and leadership abilities.
