Remote Appointment Setter – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, fluent‑English Appointment Setter to work remotely for 7 Figure Dojo, an international coaching and marketing agency that helps martial‑arts schools and service‑based businesses scale to seven figures. In this full‑time position you will ensure Program Advisors receive a steady flow of qualified appointments, enabling the company to serve more business owners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, send texts and follow‑up with leads promptly and professionally.
• Engage prospects in natural conversations to qualify interest and schedule appointments.
• Record accurate notes, updates and follow‑up tasks in the company’s CRM.
• Confirm and remind prospects of upcoming calls to maximise show‑up rates.
• Work closely with Program Advisors and the marketing team to improve lead flow and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent English with clear, professional communication and minimal accent.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet daily outreach quotas.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and consistent follow‑through.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and be accountable for hitting targets.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
