Remote Telesales Executive – Insurance

About the role

This fully remote position is focused on selling landlord and tenant insurance. You will work Monday to Friday with occasional shift variations, handling warm leads and occasional inbound enquiries while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and manage occasional inbound enquiries.
• Build rapport quickly over the phone and understand customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate insurance products and guide customers through the sales process.
• Achieve individual sales and Quality Assurance targets.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage your pipeline effectively to maximise conversions.
• Contribute positively to a performance‑driven team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in outbound telesales.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Positive, resilient and target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a structured, process‑led environment.
• Good organisation and time‑management skills.
• UK‑based, as occasional in‑person meetings may be required.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £27,040 per year.
• Commission of £300‑£500 per month, with OTE up to £33k.
• 21 days annual leave, increasing with service.

• 40‑hour week with occasional shift pattern.
