Remote GCSE German Examiner (New Specification)

About the role
Pearson is seeking qualified teachers to work remotely as GCSE German examiners for the 2024 and new specifications. You will mark candidate scripts online using ePEN, ensuring consistency with the official mark scheme.
Key responsibilities
- Mark GCSE German scripts accurately and consistently.
- Submit sample scripts to the Team Leader at scheduled times.
- Adhere to marking milestones and deadlines.
- Complete all required administrative tasks as specified.
Required profile
- At least one academic year of teaching experience within the last eight years, in the relevant subject.
- Qualified teacher status and a degree or equivalent qualification.
- High level of subject knowledge to apply the mark scheme correctly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ePEN or similar digital marking tools.
