About the role
The Renewals & Subscriptions Manager will own the end‑to‑end renewal cycle for our UC software and services portfolio. Working closely with partners and internal teams, you will protect revenue, identify upsell opportunities and ensure a smooth, data‑driven renewal process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle, from data analysis to quote delivery.
- Engage partners 90‑120 days before expiry to keep deals on track.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Support pricing discussions and generate accurate quotes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records and pipeline accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Vendors and Services to close renewals.
- Prioritise accounts using data insights and ensure no renewal slips.
Required profile
- Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, telecoms or IT distribution.
- Commercially aware, proactive and hungry for ownership.
- Comfortable working with data, quotes and pipeline management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow‑up persistently.
Required skills
- CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar) for pipeline tracking.

- Base salary £40,000‑£42,000 plus commission £10,000‑£12,000 (DOE).
