About the role
VodafoneThree is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join its corporate team in Newbury. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility, to turn data‑science experiments into production‑grade, scalable ML solutions that support the company’s nationwide network.
Key responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between data‑science experimentation and reliable, production‑ready ML systems.
- Own the engineering excellence needed to take validated models from data scientists and deploy them across a fragmented platform estate.
- Work across the full ML Operations lifecycle, ensuring models are robust, scalable and maintainable.
- Collaborate with data scientists, line managers and cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and delivery expectations.
- Support the hybrid working model by coordinating with team members both on‑site and remotely.
Required profile
- Proven experience in building and deploying production‑grade machine‑learning models.
- Strong ability to translate research prototypes into reliable services.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse technical teams.
- Self‑motivated attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions.
