Retail Market Principal – Senior Market Leader

About the role

SINGU is looking for an experienced retail property, facilities or operations leader to become the senior market authority for retail. The role will shape a differentiated, commercially successful position for SINGU in the retail sector and drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the retail go‑to‑market strategy, priority segments, use cases and target accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across retail property, facilities, operations and asset management to generate strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on priority accounts, uncover expansion opportunities and influence winning deals.
• Develop a community of retail customers and advocates, feeding market insight into product and commercial strategy.
• Take commercial accountability for qualified pipeline, revenue contribution and repeatable retail propositions.

Required profile

• Significant senior experience in retail property, facilities management, estates, operations or asset management.
• First‑hand understanding of complex, multi‑site retail estates.
• Strong credibility and an established network with senior retail stakeholders.
• Proven ability to turn industry relationships and insight into commercial opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgement linking operational challenges to financial value.
• Executive presence, confident communication and ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Ability to identify scalable, commercially valuable solutions.
• Business‑fluent English; Polish and/or German is an advantage.
