Missions principales

• Provide emergency roadside assistance, including battery jump-starts and tyre changes.
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify complex vehicle faults.
• Execute on-site repairs and technical troubleshooting to get customers back on the road safely.
• Manage and maintain your assigned RAC service van and diagnostic equipment.
• Operate independently while working from home and traveling across the UK.

Profil recherché

• Possess a Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Mechanical repair expertise (Light Vehicles).
• Emergency roadside assistance techniques.
• Effective time management and independent working.
