Russian and English Speaking Advisor

About the role

This full‑time position is for a bilingual Russian and English advisor joining a leading client’s customer services team. After an on‑site training period you will have the option to work remotely, providing support to clients via phone and the company’s internal system.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in both Russian and English.
• Make outbound calls to clients to provide updates and information.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records using the in‑house system.
• Deliver a professional, courteous service while adhering to confidentiality and compliance guidelines.
• Work on a rota between 9 am and 7 pm as required.

Required profile

• Fluent, native‑level proficiency in speaking, reading and writing both Russian and English.
• Previous customer‑service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.) is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients over the phone.
• Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.
