Sales and Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Manager to lead and develop our sales and service teams for a globally recognised migration, removals and storage brand. You will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales and customer service teams to meet individual and company targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, coach staff and implement customer engagement strategies.
• Maintain exceptional service standards across all touchpoints and monitor satisfaction metrics.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Analyse sales and service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Implement processes that boost efficiency, productivity and customer experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
