Agent Provocateur is seeking a friendly and confident Sales Assistant to join its flagship boutique on Grosvenor Street, Mayfair. You will become an integral part of a team that blends the brand’s iconic, provocative attitude with exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, one‑to‑one client service and build lasting relationships.
• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the boutique, including visual merchandising and stock management.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its playful and boundary‑pushing ethos.
• Drive sales through personalized clienteling and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant for premium or luxury brands.
• Positive, proactive, and outgoing personality.
• Strong understanding of one‑to‑one client service and clienteling.
• Passion for lingerie and confidence in communicating product benefits.
