About the role
The Sales Director for Switzerland will lead the acquisition of high‑net‑worth clients for August’s premium holiday‑home collections. Based in London on a hybrid schedule for the first six months, the role will relocate to Zurich and operate remotely thereafter. Reporting to the General Manager, the position is full‑time and permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales journey from warm introduction to signed share agreement, typically over several months.
- Host immersive property previews, private conversations, curated site visits and exclusive events to showcase the ownership experience.
- Maintain a disciplined personal pipeline of qualified prospects, nurturing each relationship with patience and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and the commercial team to align with market strategy and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Proven track record in senior sales roles within luxury or premium real‑estate markets.
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills with the ability to earn trust over long sales cycles.
- Comfortable working independently without direct reports, focusing on conversion rather than transaction volume.
- Willingness to relocate to Zurich after an initial period in London.
