Sales Executive – Second Charge Mortgages

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a forward‑thinking financial services provider in central Manchester, focusing on the second‑charge mortgage market. You will work with warm, pre‑qualified leads and deliver tailored mortgage advice while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm, pre‑qualified leads across multiple channels.
• Provide tailored mortgage advice that meets each customer’s unique needs.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (SMCR) and internal lending policies.
• Achieve performance targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience in IVA, debt management, or life insurance.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial advice and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Confident communicator with solid decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivated, team‑oriented and customer‑first mindset.
