Sales & Letting Negotiator – Property Sales & Lettings

About the role

Pear Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sales & Letting Negotiator to join a busy team in Eastcote. The role covers both residential sales and lettings, requiring you to market properties, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by contacting potential vendors and landlords and developing client relationships.
• Conduct property valuations, market properties on portals and social media, and arrange viewings.
• Register and qualify buyer/tenant applicants, matching them to suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers and rental agreements between all parties and progress transactions to completion or move‑in.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants throughout the process.
• Achieve and exceed sales and lettings targets set by the branch or company.

Required profile

• Driven, confident and target‑focused with ambition to progress to a senior position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Well presented and able to build strong client relationships.
• Holder of a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
