Sales Negotiator – Battersea Estate Agency

About the role

Join a well‑established independent estate agency in Battersea as a Sales Negotiator. You will work from a single local office, building deep knowledge of the surrounding neighbourhood and helping buyers, sellers and developers achieve their property goals.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify applicants, matching buyers with suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert local knowledge.
• Negotiate offers through to successful agreement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and developers.
• Generate new business opportunities and maximise every enquiry.
• Keep applicants updated on new instructions and market activity.
• Progress sales and liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or within a residential estate agency.
• Confident, personable communicator with excellent negotiation abilities.
• Commercially minded with a passion for property.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and proactive in building relationships.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong customer‑service focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the company’s CRM system.
