Secondary Teacher – Flexible Roles in Ashford

About the role
We are partnering with a range of secondary schools in Ashford and the surrounding Kent area to find passionate teachers for both short‑term supply work and longer‑term placements. The role involves delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupil progress and fostering a positive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in your subject area, adapting content for KS3 and KS4 as required.
- Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback and interventions to help learners achieve their potential.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience in a secondary setting.
- Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments, suitable for both early‑career teachers and experienced staff.
