About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Real Estate Broker to operate a dedicated sales and lettings patch in North West London. You will work remotely, leveraging our live stock of properties while maintaining full autonomy over your business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sales and lettings listings in North West London.
• Source new property stock and bring it to market using your personal network.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers and oversee the transaction process from start to finish.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.
• Achieve personal revenue targets and maximise commission earnings.

Required profile

• Established presence and network in North West London and surrounding areas.
• Experience in both property sales and lettings.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable operating as a freelance broker and managing your own business.
