About the role
The role involves supporting pupils with additional learning needs in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 at Dulwich Secondary School. You will work one‑to‑one and in small groups, delivering tailored assistance across a range of academic lessons.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils with SEN during various lessons.
- Collaborate with the SENDCO and subject teachers to deliver assessments, produce reports and monitor progress.
- Maintain a calm, consistent approach to help pupils overcome learning barriers.
Required profile
- Committed to supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them make progress.
- Ability to work closely with SENDCO, teachers and school staff in a collaborative environment.
- Experience or understanding of supporting learners in Key Stages 3 and 4 is desirable.
