About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a highly regarded Ofsted "Outstanding" infant school in West London. You will work within a specialised SEN Nest, providing tailored assistance to a small group of learners.
Key responsibilities
- Support 6 pupils with complex needs in a dedicated SEN Nest environment.
- Collaborate with a team of 3 staff members to deliver personalised learning activities.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and daily observations.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of SEN experience in the UK.
- Current safeguarding training completed within the last year.
- Enhanced DBS certificate with online update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK and two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
Required skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Understanding of SEN best practices and individualized support.
