About the Role
Are you a strategic growth expert looking to make a significant impact in the Scottish market? As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while strengthening our existing client partnerships.
Main Missions
- Develop and implement a robust business development strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Leverage your existing network of clients, consultants, and key stakeholders across Scotland to drive growth.
- Identify and capture upcoming opportunities within both the public and private sectors.
- Manage and nurture long-term, high-value client relationships to ensure sustainable success.
- Collaborate closely with management, pre-construction, and operations teams to position the company effectively.
- Support tender teams by providing critical market intelligence and active client engagement.
- Represent the company at major industry events and professional networking forums.
Profile Required
- Proven track record in business development or strategic sales, preferably within the Scottish market.
- Strong existing network of industry contacts, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with a focus on long-term partnership building.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market trends into actionable growth plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
