Senior Church Partnerships Manager – South East (Remote)

About the role

World Vision UK is seeking a Senior Church Partnerships Manager for the South East region. Working remotely, you will lead the Churches Sales Team, building and nurturing relationships with church leaders and congregations across the UK to inspire financial support for vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Fundraise through donor acquisition and income from churches, meeting ambitious targets.
• Develop and manage strong, mission‑driven partnerships with churches and their leaders.
• Create tailored engagement plans using existing campaigns to make each church’s journey personal and inspiring.
• Explore innovative ways to connect churches to World Vision’s mission and expand outreach.
• Maintain a portfolio of church relationships, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on delivery.
• Provide thoughtful stewardship, using multiple touchpoints to keep supporters connected and appreciated.
• Accurately manage supporter data in the CRM, ensuring proper reporting and allocation of donations.
• Represent World Vision at Christian events, speaking confidently to inspire action.
