Senior Client Account Manager – London

About the role

Reddit is looking for a Senior Client Account Manager to join its Large Customer Sales team in London. You will work closely with Client Partners to drive advertising revenue, manage key agency and brand relationships, and ensure successful campaign execution on Reddit’s fast‑growing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing objectives.
• Deepen relationships with agencies and large advertisers, driving year‑on‑year revenue growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign launches and provide data‑driven optimisations.
• Identify and secure incremental revenue opportunities within the existing advertiser base.
• Oversee internal account operations, including revenue delivery and issue resolution.
• Educate brands and agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and best practices.
• Partner with Ad Ops to ensure smooth campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.
• Gather client feedback to influence Reddit’s native ads product roadmap.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and traditional advertising ecosystem.
• Experience with digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a tenacious approach to solving product, process, and client challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, unstructured environment.
• High attention to detail and a growth‑oriented work ethic.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
