Senior Data Analyst

About the role

You’ll be responsible for monitoring product functionality, setting up dashboards and providing analysis while working cross‑functionally across Finance, Operations, Product and Engineering to ensure our customers get the best experience. The role involves analysing data, automating reporting and supporting the Lead Analyst in maintaining high coding and visualisation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and query data using SQL.
• Provide data extracts, analysis and dashboard reporting to all business areas.
• Own and maintain management information (MI) areas and processes.
• Develop, optimise and action daily operational process controls.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve data‑related issues.
• Automate recurring MI and optimise processes using SQL and Python.
• Support the Lead Analyst in upholding coding and visualisation standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools and Python.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing and providing feedback on other analysts’ SQL code.
• Fast learner able to multitask and prioritise workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with data‑storytelling ability.
• Thrives in a fast‑changing, high‑energy environment.
