Senior Fashion Designer

About the role

As a Senior Designer for Topshop, you will shape the creative direction of the brand across global markets. You will work closely with studios, styling teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure the collection stays ahead of trends and delivers commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop seasonal trends, identifying big ideas, key shapes and new fabric innovations.
• Design distinctive products that align with Topshop’s brand strategy, balancing volume drivers, seasonal must‑haves and press‑worthy pieces.
• Spot emerging market opportunities and translate them into trend‑led designs.
• Present looks and styling direction to support studio shoots and ensure brand aesthetic consistency.
• Leverage sales data and customer insights to create commercially strong, fashion‑forward ranges.
• Anticipate customer needs by combining analytics, trend research and sales performance.
