Senior Finance Business Partner – Hospitality

About the role

This senior finance business partner role supports a portfolio of hotel operations across the UK. Working closely with general managers and operational teams, you will act as a commercial partner, driving performance insight and financial control across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reports, forecasts and performance analysis to inform decision‑making.
• Partner with General Managers to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple hotel locations.
• Maintain a robust financial control environment, including balance‑sheet reviews, cash‑flow management and compliance.
• Support investment appraisals, business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop on‑site finance teams while collaborating with central finance functions.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience within the hotel or broader hospitality sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders.
• Hands‑on approach capable of handling both strategic and operational tasks.
