Senior Finance Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

This newly created Senior Finance Manager position supports a fast‑growing wealth management firm in the heart of the City. Working closely with the CFO, you will help drive financial performance, reporting excellence and automation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly group management accounts, board reports and statutory filings.
• Lead the monthly group consolidation and inter‑company reconciliation process.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts.
• Maintain reporting hierarchies, financial data governance and system mappings.
• Develop reporting packs, dashboards and automation initiatives.
• Drive finance process improvements and reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• ACCA or ACA qualified with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Background in a listed business or large‑scale group consolidations.
• Experience within financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
