Senior Financial Controller – Music Industry (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join a leading organisation at the heart of the music industry. This hybrid role (three days in the London office) offers the chance to shape finance operations in a dynamic, fast‑moving sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end financial integrity: month, quarter and year‑end close, balance‑sheet governance and cash/working‑capital management.
• Prepare statutory and regulatory reports, ensure audit readiness and compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead a small finance team, deputise for the Finance Director and present financial performance to Board and Executive committees.
• Drive the finance transformation agenda, including new systems and processes.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven senior controllership experience within a UK environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including UK GAAP, IFRS and UK tax.
• Track record of leading high‑performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
