Senior Fullstack Engineer – Simulation Team

About the role

SoSafe is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join its Simulation Team. You will help build and maintain scalable, reliable software that powers the company’s award‑winning cybersecurity awareness platform. The role is fully remote within the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain full‑stack applications using Typescript (React, Node) in an AWS environment.
• Collaborate on the architecture of complex web applications and ensure seamless integration between platform and frontend components.
• Work closely with platform and frontend teams to deliver reliable micro‑services.
• Coach less‑experienced developers and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional development experience, including at least 3 years with React, Node and Typescript.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and micro‑services architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS services and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Datadog and Grafana.
• Background in fast‑changing, scale‑up or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and strong analytical thinking.
