Senior IFA Administrator – Financial Planning (Hybrid, North London)

About the role

This senior IFA Administrator position supports advisers and clients across the full advice journey within a leading multi‑office financial planning firm. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from the office in North London and remotely, while delivering first‑class client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new leads, prospects and client records, preparing compliance packs and meeting documentation.
• Coordinate adviser diaries, schedule client meetings and follow‑up actions.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Maintain AML records, fee agreements, risk profiles and Fact Finds.
• Support paraplanners with case preparation and suitability report documentation.
• Pre‑populate applications and monitor client platform cash levels.
• Liaise with providers and internal teams to progress cases smoothly.
• Review, edit and upload meeting notes.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services administration or adviser support.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines confidently.
• Proactive, collaborative and client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• CRM/back‑office system experience (preferred).
