Senior Insurance Investment & ALM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Insurance Investment & ALM Consultant to join a leading consultancy’s Insurance & Financial Services practice. You will provide senior advisory services to life and general insurers, shaping investment strategy, liquidity, and capital management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver investment and asset‑liability management projects for insurance clients.
• Advise on investment strategy, matching adjustment, liquidity and capital management.
• Build and grow relationships with insurance clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead complex engagements while supporting business development activities.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified actuary or relevant insurance professional.
• Deep expertise in insurance investments and ALM.
• Strong understanding of Solvency UK, Solvency II or equivalent regimes.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering client work.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
