Senior Integration Officer

About the role

The Senior Integration Officer leads longer‑term integration casework for refugee households resettling in Hampshire under the UK Government Resettlement Programme. The role focuses on families in their second year and beyond, ensuring they achieve sustainable integration and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide team leadership for Integration Officers, managing a 50% capacity caseload of complex integration cases.
• Deliver reflective supervision, case direction, and safeguarding oversight.
• Maintain case management standards, support planning and Outcomes Star use.
• Ensure data quality and produce performance reports in line with contractual requirements.
• Collaborate closely with programme managers, resettlement officers, bilingual staff, and external partners.

Required profile

• Significant experience in refugee or humanitarian integration work.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Deep understanding of UK Resettlement schemes (e.g., ARP, UKRS, Community Sponsorship).
• Commitment to safeguarding and safeguarding case management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
