Senior Lettings Consultant – Lettings Specialist

About the role

David Astburys is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join its vibrant Hampstead team. You will work in a fast‑moving, community‑focused environment, delivering high‑quality service to landlords and tenants while supporting the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑class customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Register applicants and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants.
• Facilitate the hand‑over of prospective tenants to the compliance team for referencing.
• Coordinate flat preparation ahead of scheduled move‑ins.
• Maintain detailed records using the agency’s CRM software.

Required profile

• Full, clean driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a target‑driven environment.
• Good knowledge of the lettings process and current industry laws and regulations.
• Willingness to participate in further professional training.
• Self‑motivated and ambitious.
